Notes from the Perfumer
For Stillness, I created a white peach accord - slightly lactonic, but not creamy, more to suggest the juicy stone fruit effect. In the top note I used sansho pepper and a touch of yuzu to energise the whole blend, and created a sophisticated and grown-up lead into the mouthwatering white peach, which adds an interesting perfumistic tension. I also used orange flower absolute to create a beautiful white floral heart that blends perfectly into the peach and apricot tones of the top, and a generous dose of sandalwood oil to enhance the effect throughout.”
